What is included in the room rental fee?
If you choose a package, the room rental fee includes all your tables, chairs, linen and glassware.

What is the difference between event packages and menus?
Event packages offer a convenient manner in which to choose from various event options for all aspects of your function, including menu choices with a discounted package price. Please consult our Sales Team to customize your event.

Do you customize menus for dietary restrictions?
Yes. Our chefs can create culinary delights that accommodate Kosher, gluten-free and other special diets.

What is the difference between the catering fee and gratuity?
A 24% catering fee is added to all food and beverage costs. This catering fee is used to cover the base cost of service, culinary + support staff. Gratuity is added at the client’s discretion.

What is the tax rate?
The current tax rate is 10.679%.

May we use outside vendors?
Palladium Saint Louis is the exclusive vendor for all food and beverage.  Please consult Palladium Saint Louis for valet parking arrangements.
However, you may use any certified vendor(s) for other aspects of your party.


What is the rental time for Palladium Saint Louis?
The rental period is four (4) hours.
Please consult your Sales Manager to extend the times of your event.
